Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Items can only be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags MUST be attached.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
We will be unable to process your return, and item(s) will be returned to sender, if the above criteria is not met.
Do you offer pre-paid return labels?
No, we do not offer pre-paid return labels at this time. Each customer is responsible for sending back their return to our facility.
What is non-returnable?
All sale and promotional items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for either refunds or store credit. "On-Sale" items are final sale.
Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Hand Bags, Gift Cards, and other accessories are FINAL SALE.
What do I do if my item came faulty/damaged/different size from what I ordered?
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items. Original shipping is non refundable. Send an email to returns@wereaboutthat.com with details and photos and we will help you further. If the email is received more than 3 days after the date of delivery, we will not offer a store credit.
My item was damaged after wear/washing, what do I do?
We are not responsible for damages if you fail to adhere to the suggested care instructions. We suggest to all customers to follow the care instructions in order to protect their items.
Can I exchange my item?
To exchange, we ask that you make a new order. Because of inventory purposes, we can't always promise that we will have a size smaller or bigger should you need it.
