What are your shipping policies?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed once received. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 3PM EST on Friday - Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.

What is a Business Day?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included in our shipping time.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been shipped?
Once your package leaves our facility, we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. 

What happens if my package gets lost/stolen/damaged?
We're About That is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you feel your package has been lost, please file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

What if my package was returned to sender?
We're About That cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (We're About That), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Double check that the information provided is correct.
